Worship Director
Our worship focus will connect people to life in Jesus through meaningful corporate worship which leads people to a dynamic life of worship. The Director of Worship is responsible for evaluating, recommending and implementing strategies and programs to accomplish this focus. In this role you will champion effective change management and have a broad understanding of the design, development, and execution of strategies that align with congregational and ministry goals. Also give musical direction and leadership in worship.
Nursery Coordinator
The Church Nursery Coordinator oversees the nursery ministry, providing a safe, clean, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment for infants and young children up to age 3 during church services, classes, and special events. The coordinator recruits, trains, and supports nursery volunteers while ensuring compliance with church policies and child safety standards.
AV Tech & Digital Media Coordinator
AV Tech & Digital Media Coordinator fills several essential aspects of the worship department and plays a highly visible and engaged role in our staff, membership, and volunteer teams.
The AV Tech portion of the role is responsible for maintaining reliable and consistent technical support for worship services and events. This is done through updating and maintaining production technologies, deploying best practices and training resources through documented approaches.
Additionally, the Digital Media portion of the role is responsible for the weekly planning and production of high- quality videos for sermons, devotions, podcasts, and occasional announcements. This requires operational and maintenance knowledge of production resources, as well as planning and executing video shooting, editing, and publishing.

Ministry Engagement helps the Spiritual Family at Brookfield Lutheran Church discover and develop our God-given gifts and talents, empowering us for faithful and joyful service in every area of our lives, and building up the body of Christ as we serve God and community.

The Ministry Engagement Coordinator oversees the Ministry Engagement program and sees that the Community Engagement Ministry Vision is carried out. The Ministry Engagement Coordinator also supports the Mission and Hospitality ministries administratively.
Communications Manager
The Communications Manager owns BLC communications from strategy through execution. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who can understand what we are trying to accomplish, who we need to reach, how best to reach them—and then create and deliver the work.
Impact is the standard. Great communication works. It gets attention, creates understanding, strengthens connection and moves people toward the intended response.
Doing that well requires more than communications skill. It requires relationships and context—knowing BLC’s mission, culture, people and history; listening well; anticipating needs; and helping staff, volunteers and leadership communicate effectively. The Communications Manager brings that understanding to the table and then gets the work done.
