We are excited to share again about the service team that has formed at BLC under the umbrella of the Lutheran Early Response Team (LERT). This team is all about putting faith into action through monthly service opportunities.

There will be monthly service projects — indoors or outdoors — serving our local community, mission partners, and fellow BLC members. Whether you enjoy hands-on work, behind-the-scenes support, or simply helping where needed, there will be opportunities for everyone, alongside others.

The team is called “The Do Gooders,” inspired by Galatians 6:9a: “Let us not grow weary of doing good…” This verse reminds us that even small acts of service can make a meaningful impact.
